Prepare for Peace

Liisa Tavi (1956-2023) was a Finnish singer-songwriter who wrote many lyrics about peace.

An evening honouring Tavi's memory will bring together artists from different generations: Monna Kamu, Minja Koski and Kielo Kärkkäinen will shine as interpreters of the Finnish peace song tradition.

The performance will also be accompanied by an album, which in addition will include new compositions by Eero Ojanen to the poems of Liisa Tavi, Kielo Kärkkäinen and Sirkka Turkka.
