Nocturnal Happening

The Great Nocturnal Happening took over the city of Tampere on Thursday the 8th of August 2019.
In 2020 The Happening will take place on Thursday 6th of August.

The lively carnival-like event presents a wide range of shows, exhibitions and other adventures produced by various organizations, associations and performers. The total of over 200 events are spread across the city, the first ones beginning early in the morning and the festivities continue late into the night. Most of the events have free entry and are performed or require Finnish language.
