The Festival begins today!

The Tampere Theatre Festival begins this week and is celebrated from the 3rd of August until the 9th. This year marks the 57th edition of the festival. This year’s Main Programme features 16 productions out of which three are international. In addition, the Main Programme includes two street circus performances. The Main Programme has been planned by the Festival’s Artistic Team Hilkka-Liisa Iivanainen and Tanjalotta Räikkä together with Executive Director Hanna Rosendahl.
In addition to the Main Programme, the festival week includes the TLab performances in G Livelab and the fringe programme OFF Tampere as well as the Nocturnal Happening that takes place on Thursday.
