It was confirmed last week that Pirkanmaa region is in the acceleration phase of coronavirus. The number of new COVID-19 cases has been increasing over the past few weeks. The regional coronavirus coordination group strongly recommends wearing a face mask on a variety of occasions and events.
The coronavirus coordination group states the Regional State Administrative Agency ("Avi") some new gathering restrictions according to Communicable Diseases Act article 58 with the addition that safety distances are required also indoors. All the Main Programme and TLab events will be organized gathering limits and venue capacity will be restricted. The Regional State Administrative Agency will make the final decision about the content of the restrictions in the coming days. We are staying up-to-date and prepared and will inform about possible changes.
Let’s try to keep up with the safety instructions even though it is tiring. Remember to wear a mask, to keep a safe distance to others and to maintain proper hand hygiene!
