Nocturnal Happening takes over Tampere today

The Nocturnal Happening is a part of the Festival’s programmes. Today 150 events will spread out to streets, parks, squares, museums, galleries, saunas, bars and churches. You can expect to see dance, circus, music and shining stars, among others. Most of the events are free, and there is something to see from morning till night.
