Pyynikki's yard sales

Pyynikki residents are opening their yards for flea markets, coffee breaks, and exploring. There are several yards participating, where you can find treasures, treats, games, and the authentic atmosphere of Pyynikki.

Event Locations and Activities

 

 

  1. Punakylä

  •  flea markets in yards marked with “Punakylän Piha & Kirppis” signs

  • including children’s and adult clothing, home goods, and books

  • vegan pop-up café Mummelström

  • Please note that there are lots of dogs in Punakylä! So feel free to venture in—the guards are friendly. <3

 

  1. As Oy Santalahdentie 9 – enter through the gate on the Pirkankatu 13 side

  • Flea market tables in the courtyard of the housing cooperative celebrating its 100th anniversary

  •  featuring clothing and household goods, among other items

  • 5:00–7:00 PM

 

 

  1. As Oy Ilomäentie 6 – entrance at the corner of Ilomäentie and Santalahdentie

  • Participating in the event—at least Raili will set up a booth at the end of the building

 

  1. As Oy Ilomäki – entrance at Palomäentie 31–35

  1. As Oy Pohja - Event at Santalahdentie 12-14

In the yard of a wooden house that’s over 100 years old and has 28 units, you’ll find:

- Flea market tables

- Pancakes (veg), mocha squares (veg), coffee, tea, juice, and other coffee-shop treats

- Kids can try out the yard’s trampoline, sandbox, and playhouse under the supervision of an adult

- Roskis, a local punk band from Pyynikki made up of 11- to 16-year-olds, will perform in the yard at 6 p.m. and 7 p.m.

- Roskis will play 15-minute sets at 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. Roskis merchandise will also be on sale. linktr.ee/roskis 

-Our yard might just have Tampere’s coolest trash can!

- No Iittala or Pentik, just authentic Tuoppi! Beer glasses from over the years.

- Glasses on sale starting at 4:00 PM

- Live music from 7:00–9:00 PM, on the terrace weather permitting.

- Tuoppi open from 12 PM to midnight

  • All sorts of wonderful things for sale in the yard of a four-family wooden house—originally built in 1923, recently repainted, and relocated from Terijoki!

  • Vintage items, old tableware, and more.

  • As a bonus, you can pet the dog!

 

 

  1. As Oy Eremita - Palomäentie 16

  • For sale in our yard:

  • Flea market items, vintage goods, tableware, books, and other odds and ends
