The Beneath the Surface art exhibition is a charming, visually delightful 24-hour installation featuring an underwater cast of characters that will entertain people of all ages.

The community art piece is the work of a diverse group of artists, creative experimenters, and fellow city dwellers,

united by the belief that there is room in our shared urban environment for more visual surprises, the warmth of community, and joy.
