Tampere Theatre Festival Audience Safety Guide

We are continuously following the latest official guidelines. We will update the instructions as the festival arrangements proceed.

The well-being of our audiences, performers and employees always comes first, so please be kind and take note of our safety instructions.


General guidelines

Stay home if you’re feeling ill or quarantining.

We strongly recommend using a face mask.

Cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze.

Maintain proper hand hygiene.

Keep a safe distance between yourself and other patrons.

Seating arrangements | Main Programme & TLab

All Main Programme and TLab events will be organized gathering limits.

Venue capacity of the Main Programme performances will be restricted to 50 % on 2-4 August.

The Regional State Administrative Agency for Western and Inland Finland has given a gathering restriction and a so-called safety distance order on July 30. A two-meter safety distance order enters into order on August 5.  

Follow the signs and our staff’s instructions when entering a venue. Arrive in good time, keep a safe distance to others and avoid crowding. Remember to maintain physical distancing also as you exit.

Collecting personal data

Your name along with your email address or phone number are required to book tickets for Main Programme and TelttaLab events. This personal information can only be used to assist health authorities in tracing possible COVID-19 contacts.
