Great Nocturnal Happening

Tampere Theatre Festival is in search for performers, events and venues for our Great Nocturnal Happening.

The Tampere Theatre Festival is here again and The Great Nocturnal Happening is arriving to town on the 5th of August. The Great Nocturnal Happening has been a success during the years and grown steadily. Last year the happening had 55 groups and organisations participating, and their 154 performances gathered a massive crowd of 47 597 people.

Our goal is to make The Great Nocturnal Happening a carnival-like cultural happening, which fills the city with a variety of performances, art experiences and of course people.

The Great Nocturnal Happening is a great opportunity for groups in performing arts and for other cultural organisations to show their talent, but also a chance to participate and contribute to a unique cultural happening in the city of Tampere.
